1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable videos, guides, and resources are final. Once access is granted or the download link is provided, ImmEdu CPD Inc. cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Online Seminars & Live Events
All registrations for live online seminars are non-refundable.

Rescheduling by ImmEdu CPD Inc.: We reserve the right to reschedule a live event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to technical issues, illness, or emergencies). In the event of a rescheduling:
- No refunds will be issued.
- All registered participants will be automatically enrolled in the new date at no additional cost.
- If you cannot attend the new date, a recording of the session will be provided (where applicable).
Participant No-Shows: If a participant fails to attend a live seminar, no refund or credit will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

Acknowledgment of Terms: By clicking "Purchase" or "Register," you expressly agree that you are purchasing access to digital content or a live event that is non-refundable. You acknowledge that ImmEdu CPD Inc. reserves the right to reschedule live sessions due to technical or personal exigencies. In such cases, your registration will be transferred to the new date at no extra cost, and no refund will be due. You further acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital download has commenced or the live seminar has begun.
